Conclusion of sales and availability of stock

- LegendOnline. does not accept any liability for products which may be out of stock. Stock availability will reflect on the website, but this is a constantly updating situation and we therefore cannot guarantee stock availability. LegendOnline. will however take all reasonable measures to always ensure stock availability. Should a product not be available after you have placed your order, you will be notified, and you will be refunded any amount paid by you.
- LegendOnline. will only accept orders for delivery within the borders of South Africa.
- LegendOnline. will indicate acceptance of an order from you by confirming that the sale has been concluded on the website as well as via email.
- The goods ordered remain the property of LegendOnline. until full payment has been made.
- Once an order has been concluded and paid for, you will begin to receive notification via sms from the courier company (The Courier Guy) detailing the delivery of your order and the anticipated delivery date.
- We do not allow for the collection of orders.
