To place an order on our website, simply select the product or products you wish to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have finished shopping, visit your cart and enter your personal and delivery details and create an account. Once completed click on the “Checkout” button to review your order and confirm your payment.

Payments can be made on the website via the secure PayFast platform. Payfast enables you to utilise Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Debit Cards, Instant EFT direct from your bank, Mobicred, Scan to Pay banking QR codes, More Tyme, Masterpass, SCode, Zapper, SnapScan and RCS Store Cards as payment options.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and we deliver to all areas of South Africa.

Once your order has been shipped, The Courier Guy will make contact with you via SMS or Email to keep you informed of the progress of your delivery. The Courier Guy will also supply you with a unique pin number so that you are able to verify yourself as the correct recipient of your order.

We offer a 7 day return policy on all our products should you change your mind regarding your purchase. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. All of our products carry a limited factory warranty period which covers factory imperfections, defects, or faults. These warranties may differ by product and are in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. The unlimited warranty does not include general wear and tear or abuse of the product. No, once the order has been placed and processed the order cannot be cancelled. You are however entitled to return the order within 7 working days if the product is in its original packaging and has not been used.

No, we are an online retailer only. However, we offer detailed product descriptions and images on our website to help you make an informed purchase decision.
