  • Low to medium heat is recommended for cooking.

  • Not advised to add salt to the liquid without stirring as discolouration or pitting may occur.
  • Recommended to use wooden, heat-resistant silicone or nylon utensils while cooking.
  • Handwash is recommended for the longevity of the product.
  • Use mild dishwashing agents and a soft sponge. Always avoid harsh abrasives or steel wool.
  • Never store cookware wet or damp, always in a dry cupboard or airy space away from steam.

Additional Notes

Cooking Tips:

  • Warm up the pan slightly before adding ingredients to the pan to ensure perfect frying.
  • To prevent overcooking, remove meat from the pan a few degrees or minutes before reaching the desired doneness as it continues to cook while resting.
  • For evenly cooked pancakes, preheat the pan on medium-low heat and only flip them once bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.
