  • Not advised to add salt to the liquid without stirring as discolouration or pitting may occur.
  • Recommended to use wooden, heat-resistant silicone or nylon utensils while cooking.
  • Handwash is recommended for the longevity of the product.
  • Use mild dishwashing agents and a soft sponge. Always avoid using harsh abrasives or steel wool.
  • Never store cookware wet or damp, always in a dry cupboard or airy space away from steam.

Additional Notes

Cooking Tips:

  • Warm up the pan slightly before adding ingredients to the pan to ensure perfect frying.
  • When seasoning meats, generously salt them and let them rest for at least 15 minutes before cooking to enhance flavour and tenderness.
  • When boiling pasta, salt the water generously to enhance its flavour, and save a cup of the starchy cooking water to add to your sauce for better consistency.
